This is my recipe for vegan mac n cheeze. This is a recipe that goes back 15 odd years. It isn’t very healthy, but it is really good.

Ingredients
- 1 box pasta any kind (enough to fit 9x9 baking dish)
- 2 /12 cup vegan milk unsweetened unflavored
- 1 cup earth balance stick
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grains of paradise or black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- pinch curry powder
- pinch cayanne pepper or red pepper flakes
- pinch chili powder
- 1 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes

Instructions
- Boil pasta as directed minus one minute
- Add rest of ingredients for cheese sauce to blender, and blend adding the yeast flakes last.
- Pour cooked and drained pasta and cheese sauce in 8x8 or 9x9 inch casserole dish
- Bake at 350 f. for 15 minutes covered with foil, 10 uncovered,
