Today I am going to make something that I have been craving for a long time. I am going to make vegan biscuits and sausage gravy from scratch. This is one of the things my grandma used to make, so it brings back memories of her.

Fried potato skins and Vegan cheese sauce

Today I will be making fried potato skins and a super easy base for cheese sauce. You can add some jalapenos, or spicy salsa, or cayenne pepper, oregano, and chili powder to make it more spicy for some great nacho sauce if you would like, or just about anything else to make it yours. Yum!!

Vegan cupcakes two ways

Today I am going to make vegan cupcakes two ways. The first is a yummy chocolaty and fudgy cupcake, the other one uses the same recipe but with a couple of extra ingredients will turn them into a spicy Mexican cupcake. Doesn’t that sound yummy?

Chili

Today I am going to show you how to make my vegan chili recipe. You may be wondering why I am making chilli at the start of summer? Hotdogs are a summer staple, and I love chili cheese dogs, which is what I am having for Memorial Day. This tasty recipe is great for hot dogs in the summer or on a cold winter day warming you on the inside with crumbled salted crackers.
