Fried potato skins and Vegan cheese sauce

Today I will be making fried potato skins and a super easy base for cheese sauce. You can add some jalapenos, or spicy salsa, or cayenne pepper, oregano, and chili powder to make it more spicy for some great nacho sauce if you would like, or just about anything else to make it yours. Yum!!

“Chicken” Cordon Bleu with roasted rose potatoes and asparagus

Today I am going to show you how to make something that is sure to impress, it is going to be a full meal. Today’s meal is going to include a vegan version of chicken cordon bleu, asparagus and rosemary new potatoes tossed in rose infused extra virgin olive oil. Vegan Eggplant Parmesan Melanzane alla Parmigiana

Instagram user madamyauch made this suggestion, and of course I had to do it. Vegan Eggplant Parmesan is one of my favorite Italian dishes, so of course I had to make it! Thank you for your suggestion! The video is 30 minutes long. I try to keep my videos as short as possible, but since there are several steps to make this dish it is longer than usual. I am making my own sauce and breading my own eggplant, so this video is like watching two in one. You can use store-bought sauce if you would like, but making fresh tomato sauce is easy, let me show you how!
