Hello everyone, first of all I would like to apologize for my extended awful appearance and voice. I am suffering from Bells Palsy and so I am going to be a bit of a challenge. Also somehow the audio got recorded from my camera instead of my external microphone so the audio in the first parts of the video is horrible. Just a series of challenges this time.

Today I am making a perfect dish for valentine’s day this year, you can also make it for those romantic date nights or your special anniversary, vegan piccata, it makes two, is quick and easy to make, and will help make you lucky.

Today I am recreating and reimagining one of my favorite dishes I used to love to eat at one of the now long gone restaurants I worked at. Wild mushroom strudel with a madeira wine sauce. Tomato bisque

Today I am going to make a really good rib sticking soup that is perfect for the cold weather. This time I have a couple of helpers to help me make the soup. Grab some crusty on the outside, soft on the inside baguettes to dip the bisque in and the watch as we make a creamy, tomato bisque.

“Chicken” Marsala in a butter sauce

For many of my years as a chef I worked at Italian restaurants, and one of the most popular dishes was Chicken Marsala. It was usually either made in a heavy cream sauce or a butter sauce, I personally enjoyed the butter sauce more, and I have veganized it for you.

“Chicken” Cordon Bleu with roasted rose potatoes and asparagus

Valentine’s day is coming up and now is the time to start planning that special day with that special someone. Vichyssoise or Potato-Leek Soup

Today I am going to make a true classic, Potato leek soup or Vichyssoise. I am going to give it a bit of a twist today by adding some ginger. This soup is traditionally served cold, but it can be served warm as well, so it is perfect no matter what hemisphere you are in. I am going to be making a large batch of soup today, you can half this recipe if it is too much for you.
