Today I am going to be making one of my favorite dishes. Chinese String Beans. This is a pretty quick and easy recipe to make!

Ingredients
- 1 lb String beans Washed and destrung
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed oil
- 1/4 each red onion sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 1 taplespoon schezwan peppercorns fresh ground
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- In a hot wok add toasted sesame seed oil. Then add string beans and stir fry until they start to turn black. Add onion and continue to fry until onions are translucent. Add garlic, ginger, and schezwan peppercorns. Stir fry until you can smell the garlic and ginger. Add soy sauce and stir fry until thickened.
