unsweetened coconut milk

lime juice

avocado
cucumber
sliced for garnish
fresh cilantro leaves
for garnish
Instructions
Place the garlic and sea salt in blender or food processor and pulse until pasty.
Add cucumbers and pulse until liquid.
Add remainder and blend until liquid. Cool, then serve.
