Nice Cream

Today I am going to show you a surprisingly easy way of making ice cream using bananas, otherwise known as nice cream! I am using chocolate and peanut butter but you can use whatever ingredients you want to use on top of the base ingredients. Ingredients
  • 3 each bananas Ripe to over ripe, cut into pieces and then frozen at least over night
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1/4 cup vegan milk as needed

  • 3 each bananas Ripe to over ripe, cut into pieces and then frozen at least over night

Instructions
  1. Take the frozen bananas and put them in the food processor with the salt and vanilla and puree until smooth. Add milk if too thick. Place in a container and freeze for at least 30 minutes
Recipe Notes

Vanilla
Alessi - Fine Mediterranean Sea Salt
You can flavor this by adding the following or a combination of the following ingredients, if you want them ribboned through gently fold at the end after you have put them in the container:
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut butter, 3 tablespoons peanut or other nut butter
3 tablespoons strawberries or strawberry preserves
a handful of blueberries or 3 tablespoons of blueberry preserves and chocolate
The seeds of a vanilla bean
Anything else you would like in ice cream
