Nice Cream
  • 3each bananasRipe to over ripe, cut into pieces and then frozen at least over night
  • 1/4teaspoon vanilla
  • 2pinches salt
  • 1/4cup vegan milkas needed
  1. Take the frozen bananas and put them in the food processor with the salt and vanilla and puree until smooth. Add milk if too thick. Place in a container and freeze for at least 30 minutes

Alessi – Fine Mediterranean Sea Salt
You can flavor this by adding the following or a combination of the following ingredients, if you want them ribboned through gently fold at the end after you have put them in the container:
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut butter, 3 tablespoons peanut or other nut butter
3 tablespoons strawberries or strawberry preserves
a handful of blueberries or 3 tablespoons of blueberry preserves and chocolate
The seeds of a vanilla bean
Anything else you would like in ice cream
