Ingredients
  • peppershot or mild, or eggplant, tomatoes, or other vegetables
  • as needed olive oil
Instructions
  1. Coat peppers with olive oil, place in pan and put in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes. Place in bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes. If roasting hot peppers put on gloves and peel skin, you may need to help it along by cutting the skin with a knife. If you want to remove some of the heat, remove the skin and inner membrane inside.
