One of the dishes I love to make is macaroni salad. I have given it a tasty spicy twist by using Follow Your Heart’s vegan chipotle mayonnaise.

Ingredients
- 1 box macaroni Cooked according to the box and cooled
- 1/2 cup vegan sour cream
- 1/2 cup Follow Your Heart's chipolte vegenaise
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce adjust to your taste (can be eliminated)
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vegan sugar
- 2 packages vegn smoked ham or turkey pressed together and diced medium
- 1 1/2 cups thawed frozen peas
- 1/2 each red onion diced fine to medium
- 1 tablespoon cilantro minced + more for garnish

Instructions
- Lets put this easy salad together. First mix the ½ cup vegan sour cream, ½ cup follow your heart chipotle mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon adobo sauce together with a whisk. Next add the cooked macaroni, 2 packages diced vegan smoked ham or turkey, 1 ½ cups thawed frozen peas, ½ chopped red onion, and 1 tablespoon rough chopped cilantro. Gently fold together until blended. Now cool in the icebox for a few hours or overnight then garnish with the cilantro.
