  1. Lets put this easy salad together. First mix the ½ cup vegan sour cream, ½ cup follow your heart chipotle mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon adobo sauce together with a whisk. Next add the cooked macaroni, 2 packages diced vegan smoked ham or turkey, 1 ½ cups thawed frozen peas, ½ chopped red onion, and 1 tablespoon rough chopped cilantro. Gently fold together until blended. Now cool in the icebox for a few hours or overnight then garnish with the cilantro.
