  1. In a hot wok add toasted sesame seed oil. Then add string beans and stir fry until they start to turn black. Add onion and continue to fry until onions are translucent. Add garlic, ginger, and schezwan peppercorns. Stir fry until you can smell the garlic and ginger. Add soy sauce and stir fry until thickened.
