Valencian Paella
Today I am making another recipe I have been wanting to make for a long time but have been putting it off. I had Paella when I was in Spain and really fell in love with it. I am making a vegan version of Valencian Paella and I hope you find this tasty and as authentic as I can make it. This dish is served directly out of the pallera and is great with some Spanish wine.
Wild mushroom strudel
Today I am recreating and reimagining one of my favorite dishes I used to love to eat at one of the now long gone restaurants I worked at. Wild mushroom strudel with a madeira wine sauce. Country biscuits and gravy
Today I am going to make something that I have been craving for a long time. I am going to make vegan biscuits and sausage gravy from scratch. This is one of the things my grandma used to make, so it brings back memories of her.
Vegan beefy pumpkin soup
Today I will be making a really nice, creamy and rib sticking soup. Winter is coming and temperatures are cooling in the Northern Hemisphere and I have been craving pumpkin and warm food, so this vegan beefy pumpkin soup really hits the spot.
Tomato bisque
Today I am going to make a really good rib sticking soup that is perfect for the cold weather. This time I have a couple of helpers to help me make the soup. Grab some crusty on the outside, soft on the inside baguettes to dip the bisque in and the watch as we make a creamy, tomato bisque.

“Chicken” Marsala in a butter sauce
For many of my years as a chef I worked at Italian restaurants, and one of the most popular dishes was Chicken Marsala. It was usually either made in a heavy cream sauce or a butter sauce, I personally enjoyed the butter sauce more, and I have veganized it for you.
