Heat a thick bottomed pan to med med high heat. Grate roma tomato with medium grater minus the skin. Add a pinch of sea salt to tomato and mix. Strain the liquid from the tomato. Once your pan is hot place the bread on the pan and another pan on top until toasted. Once the bread is toasted to your liking put your bread on a plate and add the tomato to the toasted side of the bread. Poke the bread with a fork a few times then drizzle with the olive oil and the salt to taste.
