Ingredients
- 2 cans coconut cream refrigerate overnight
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt

Instructions
- Place coconut cream, beaters, and metal bowl in refrigerator and let cool overnight. Be careful with the coconut cream to not shake it up, we want the fat to separate from the liquid.
- Scoop out the fat out of the coconut cream into the metal bowl and whip until soft peaks form.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and whip until you get firm peaks. You can add other ingredients like zest to flavor the whipped cream.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes before using.
