Making Seitan

Today I am going to show you how to make seitan. This is a surprisingly easy ingredient to make, and once you get it down you won’t be buying the expensive stuff in the market anymore. Like tofu since this has no flavor, you can use any flavoring you want to to make it accompany any dish you are making.

I am going to use today’s seitan for the orange tofu recipe, so let me tell you the base you will need to start the dish, then you can build the flavors from here.
