Today I am going to make a really good hot and spicy Thai inspired fish dish using Gardein fish fillets and sriracha sauce. Have you excited? Lets cook!
Heat toasted sesame seed oil in a large skillet. Place fish in pan and saute until browned. Add garlic and salt and cook until garlic starts to brown. Add sriracha, lime juice, soy sauce, and vegan fish sauce and cook until thickens a bit. Turn off heat then add butter, thai basil, and minced cilantro and stir until butter has just been incorperated in the sauce.
