Instructions
  1. Heat Earth balance in pot. Add earth balance, black pepper, sea salt, grains of paradise, garlic, shallot, red onion , leek, button mushrooms, crimini mushrooms and saute until onions are translucent.
  2. Add soy sauce and cook until reduced and absorbed, next add flour and cook on med low heat another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add milk and vegetable stock and cook until thick and reduced. Gently stir in green beans and cook a few minutes more to allow the soup to thicken a bit more.
  3. Place mixture in a square baking pan and top with the french fried onions. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, remove foil and cook another 10 minutes.
